Last week we bought Riley a 12" BMX bike. She was getting too "old" (can't say big) for her tricycle and was battling to ride it.
She is quite the expert on the proper bike and loves to go down to the beach front to ride. She especially likes the downhills because she can cruise at a speed and freewheel down the hill.
She has also never had a problem with the helmet, in fact she suggested getting it at the time calling it her safety helmet. I guess this is becuase they have to use them at school.

She gets up an amazing turn of speed ... I bet it won't be long before those training wheels come off.
Ethan also looks as if he can't wait to get on the bike!
That looks like so much fun. Those little legs pedal so fast and Dad manages to keep up!!!!! Well done. Janine
